1. I Nail It reserves the right to cancel appointments should the customer be late for more than 15 minutes without prior notice. Upon such circumstances, the deposit paid will be forfeited and the session will be cancelled.

2. Appointment slots will only be reserved once the deposit has been made. Deposits must be paid via POSB transfer within 24 hours. Deposits are based on the service you opt for. For example, if you are booking an appointment for a Gelish Manicure, the deposit you have to pay will be $30. Nail art will be charged seperately on the day of the appointment.

3. As customers are usually placed one after the other, you will have to downgrade your service should you be late for your appointment to prevent affecting the next customer.
